The studio for the pain you have been managing.

Most people who walk into the Hallandale studio have already tried something. The chiropractor helped for a week. The massage helped for a day. The gym made it worse, and the beach yoga class was lovely and changed nothing. They live vertically - a condo on Three Islands, a tower on the beach, a building in Aventura - and they sit more than they mean to: the desk, the car on Hallandale Beach Boulevard, the phone. By the time they find us, the complaint is rarely new. A back that is tight before the day starts. A neck that massage never quite resolves. A posture they catch in a shop window and do not recognize.

They did not come for choreography. They came because something hurts, or because something is changing, and they want a person who will measure it, name it, and work on it - one-on-one, in a room that is not a crowd.

What they come in with

Back pain is the most common door into this studio. The tightness you wake up with is usually not weakness - it is a back that never gets to stop working, because the ribs and the pelvis are not stacked. We measure that at the Baseline, and then we train it.

Neck and shoulder tension is the second. We do not start at your neck: your shoulder blade sits on your ribcage, so we change what the ribcage is doing first. And posture is the third - though almost nobody says the word posture. They say "I am starting to look like my mother" or "I catch myself slouching on Zoom." You do not have bad posture. You have a pattern, and it made sense when your body chose it.

How you can train here

Hallandale Beach is our flagship, and the only studio with every format. Private training, one-on-one. Duets, for two people who want to train together on separate programs. And semi-private training, precise by design: your own program, your own numbers, a teacher who knows both - alongside others doing the same. Every program starts with the Baseline and is retested cold at the Recalibration every three months. Members keep standing slots; your Tuesday time belongs to you.

Getting here

The studio sits on East Hallandale Beach Boulevard just west of the Intracoastal, minutes from Gulfstream Park - inside the Safecare Medical Center, Suite 4, with free parking in front of and behind the plaza. From Aventura it is about eleven minutes by car. Hollywood comes down US-1 or A1A in about the same. Sunny Isles Beach and Golden Beach ride A1A straight to the boulevard, and North Miami Beach and Bal Harbour are a short drive to the south. If the drive is the thing stopping you, House Calls exist for exactly that - a teacher at your door, same method, same numbers.

Asked at this studio.

I have back or neck pain. Can I train here?

That is who this studio mostly serves. Tell us everything on the intake form - your teacher reads it before you arrive, and the Baseline measures where your body actually is before anyone asks it to do anything. We are not physicians or physical therapists. If you are in acute pain or under a doctor's care, bring us into that conversation rather than replacing it.

Where do I park?

Free parking in front of and behind the plaza. Street parking on the boulevard is metered by the city. The entrance is on the side of the building facing Wells Fargo.

I live in Aventura or Sunny Isles. Is Hallandale my studio?

Yes - about eleven minutes from Aventura, and Sunny Isles comes straight up A1A. Pick whatever you can reach consistently. If the drive is the obstacle, House Calls bring the session to your building instead.

What is semi-private training - is it a class?

No. Semi-private means your own program, built off your own Baseline numbers, run by a teacher who knows them - alongside others doing the same thing on their own programs. Nobody keeps up with anybody. It is the most affordable way to train with us, and it is only offered at Hallandale.

Can I split my training between the studio and home?

Yes. Studio sessions and House Calls combine freely - same program, same file, same teacher standard. Many clients train at the studio weekly and add a home session when the week gets away from them.
