You are not broken.
You run on patterns.

The Unlocked Method · Asymmetry · Breath · Nervous system

Beige Pilates sells you pretty shapes. Gyms sell you push and pull.

We work on the thing underneath both: the patterns your nervous system runs, and the stories you have been telling about your body.

We are not going to fix you. You were never broken.

Real transformation, not aesthetic stretching

Three stages. One system.

Your patterns protected you. Now they cost you.

That slouch, that twist, that brace - your body built them to protect you. To pull air in through stress. To guard an old injury. To stay ready for a threat that is long gone.

This is how the nervous system works: it repeats whatever once kept you safe. The pattern becomes your posture. The posture becomes your pain - a locked ribcage, a tight back, shallow breath, one hip doing the work of two. Nothing about that is broken. It is protection with a price - and you pay it daily, when you breathe, move, and sleep.

So we do not fight your patterns. We give your body new ways to do the same jobs. We teach you how to breathe - opening the ribcage so the slouch is no longer needed. We do asymmetry work - rebalancing left and right so nothing needs guarding. Your nervous system will learn a safer default - and when your body trusts the new way, the old lock releases on its own.

That is what unlocked means. Not corrected. Free.

Built on postural restoration, applied neurology, and 100 years of Contrology.

The Baseline - $99

Every single person starts here. No exceptions, no skipping ahead. One hour, one-on-one: we measure your asymmetries on the posture grid, your skeletal muscle composition, and your mobility - and we write down the story you tell about your body, in your own words. You set three goals with a 12-month horizon. Then we tell you exactly what we found and exactly what we would do about it. You leave with numbers, not adjectives.

Training

Your program is built off your Baseline Session Results and rebuilt as you change. Your teacher knows your numbers, your pattern, and what you are working toward - in every single session. Private training, one-on-one or as a duet with a partner. Semi-private training, precise by design. Some clients train with us 2 or 3 times a week - and every program comes with homework: short, specific guidance for the life between sessions, because patterns are built where you sit, sleep, move, and breathe. Commit for 3 months or 12. Those are the options.

The Recalibration

Every 3 months, built into membership. We retest you cold - same measurements, same conditions as your Baseline - then train off the new numbers in the same session. Your program adjusts. Your goals get renegotiated, because the person who set them three months ago does not fully exist anymore. Outgrown goals are not unfinished business. They are evidence.

Different posture. Different goals.

M. · 52 · Came for back pain

"Month one: pelvic asymmetry of 14°, pain at a 7. Month nine: , pain at a 1 - and my first triathlon."

Former competitive swimmer · Came "as a last resort"

"Fifteen years of postural distortion. Two months of regular sessions and the pain went away. They do not just make you physically healthy - they make you happy."

D. · 44 · "Tried Pilates once. Hated it."

"This is not that. It is measured, it is private, and nobody made me do choreography. My sciatica is gone and I am lifting again."

Eva Abramyan, founder of Pilates Tropics

I grew up in Ukraine and spent years working across Europe - organizing pole vault and golf competitions. In 2015 I moved to Miami and worked across different industries, with mat Pilates beside me through all of it. Then I discovered equipment Pilates for myself, managed medical spas - and saw the through-line clearly: wellness and people with goals have been my whole career.

I opened Pilates Tropics to help people through movement. Not to hand out workouts - to actually help. We follow postural restoration methodology: posture, breathing, balance, alignment. We find what is really going on, and we address it.

I believe progress is small steps taken consistently. Be kind to yourself. Celebrate the small wins. Your body is a long-term investment, and I take that seriously.

Today I run two studios and lead the methodology, the education of our teachers, and our work with physical therapists. Come take the Baseline. I am certain you will feel the difference.

Meet our team

Precise by design.

Most people come to us for one reason - pain, posture, or performance - and stay for a different one. That is by design. Recovery becomes strength. Strength becomes performance. And somewhere along the way, people start naming goals they would never in a million years have said out loud at their first Baseline.

That is the real product. Contrology is just how we get there.

We are the Grove, trees planted deliberately, tended for years - stronger together than anything growing alone. We know your name, your pattern, your goals, and your Tuesday slot.

Private and semi-private training only. Your standing time belongs to you while you are a member. Guard it. Gift it to a friend when you travel. Do not waste it.

Precision,
not crowds.

Private and semi-private only.
Locked in on you.

Common questions.

How do I start?

Everyone starts with the Baseline - a $99, one-hour, one-on-one assessment. Not sure yet? Book a free 15-minute Consult and talk to us first - or fill out the intake form in writing and we will come back to you with your next step.

What happens at the Baseline?

Before you even arrive, your teacher has reviewed your intake form - your history, your injuries, your goals. For one hour you have their complete attention: we measure your posture asymmetries on the grid and in motion, your skeletal muscle composition, and your mobility, and we listen to the story you tell about your body. You set three goals with a 12-month horizon. You leave with numbers, not adjectives - and an honest answer about what we would do and why. Your numbers become your file: the starting point your program is built on.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that fit close to your body, so we can see how you move. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety - bring your own or pick up a pair at the studio.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. Half our people had never touched a reformer. The Baseline meets you exactly where you are.

I tried Pilates before and did not like it.

Good - this is not that. Our training is measured, private or semi-private, and built off your own numbers. No choreography, no crowds, no keeping up with the person next to you.

What if I have injuries or chronic pain?

That is exactly who we work with. Tell us everything on your intake form - your teacher reviews it before you arrive and adapts everything to you. We are not physical therapy, and if physical therapy is what you actually need, we will tell you that at the Baseline and point you to people we trust.

How does training work after the Baseline?

Private training - one-on-one, or as a duet with a partner - and semi-private training, precise by design. Your program is built off your Baseline Session Results and rebuilt as you change. Some clients train with us 2 or 3 times a week, and every program comes with homework: short, specific guidance for the life between sessions. Commit for 3 months or 12, or start with a pack.

What is the Recalibration?

Every 3 months we retest you cold - the same measurements as your Baseline - then train off the new numbers in the same session. Your program adjusts and your goals get reviewed with the person you have become. 60 minutes for privates, 30 minutes for semi-privates. Pre-scheduled, never skipped.

How much does it cost?

The Baseline is $99. Drop-ins: private $140, duet $85 per person, semi-private $65. Members train from $100 per private and $40 per semi-private session. Full options are on our pricing page.

Can I bring someone into my private session?

Yes - the Guest Spot ($65) turns your private into a duet. A real session for both of you, programmed for two. Tell us 24 hrs ahead.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions reschedule with 24 hrs notice - less than that and the session is used. Membership cancellations take 30 days written notice.

Which location should I choose?

Hallandale Beach has private and semi-private training. Delray Beach is private training only, by appointment. We also come to you - House Calls at your home or building gym - and train clients live on video. Pick whatever you can reach consistently: consistency beats convenience every time.

No time for a call? Start in writing.

Five minutes, whenever it suits you: tell us about your pain, your posture, your goals. A real person reads every answer - and comes back to you with an honest take and your next step. Help us help you.
