The Recalibration

Every 3 months, we measure what has changed.

Most training just keeps going. Ours checks itself. The Recalibration is the session where your progress stops being a feeling and becomes a number - and where your program catches up with the person you are becoming.

What it is

Part assessment, part training. We retest you cold - the same measurements, the same conditions as your Baseline: posture asymmetries on the grid and in motion, skeletal muscle composition, mobility. No warm-up first, nothing to prepare. Cold numbers are honest numbers.

Then, in the same session, we train off your new numbers.

What changes

Your baseline and your current numbers go side by side - progress in black and white. Your program adjusts to what your body can do now, not what it could do three months ago.

And your goals get reviewed. We read you your own words from your first Baseline, and we ask which goals are done, which have changed, and what you would name now that you would not have dared back then. Outgrown goals are not unfinished business. They are evidence.

Why we do it

Because bodies rewrite themselves in months, not years - and a program that does not re-measure is just a guess that gets older every week. The Recalibration is why our clients do not plateau, and why the goals they chase in year two are ones they could not have imagined at their first Baseline.
